Mentoring Employed (0- 4 Yrs Experienced )

Our domain expert mentors help kick start the careers of fresh graduates and guide them to chart their professional career path. This is done by identifying the skills that would be required for the work, resources and further certificates / courses needed for continued professional development. We assess the job readiness, professional strengths and weaknesses and suggest remedial measures. Provide guidance about the kind of internship/ industrial training to be undertaken. Special stress is given on the current pandemic and concerns arising out of the pandemic.

Mentoring will also be available for those inclined to pursue further studies both at home and overseas. Mentors will help identify the college best suited for their stream/ course and the necessary prerequisites for gaining admission in the college / university. This encompasses help in writing SOP , identifying trusts that provide educational aid , exam prep tips etc.

Non academic career options and means of accessing of those options is also within the purview of mentoring.
